EXTRA PARTS WARRANTY (2 MONTHS)

Benefit from extra warranty on your item, this includes all parts covered in our warranty supplied as standard. 

Terms 

Please only purchase our products if you have mechanical knowledge. If you are not sure on how to assemble the products or carry out maintenance please do not purchase a petrol version. 

Due to the size and weight of these items they are covered by a replacement parts warranty, if your machine develops a fault within the warranty period of 30 days, you need to contact us and we will advise how to best rectify the problem and dispatch replacement parts, without charge providing the faulty parts are covered by the warranty.

Please note customers will be expected to fit the parts themselves, guidance will be available on technical issues.

Any race bikes i.e water-cooled mini motos are not covered under any warranty as these are competition bikes. These should only be purchased by people who can maintain them.

Any bike/Quad to be returned within 14 days will be covered by mini bikes off-road ltd. Any bike returned after 14 days must be covered by the buyer. (Bike must not have been used) If the bike or Quad has been used we can not offer any refund. We will repair the bike for you but the buyer must cover the postage both ways.

By purchasing a bike you agree to these terms

The following parts are not covered by the warranty on this item.

• Drive Chains & Belts
• Fairings/ bodywork (unless damaged during delivery. Photos required within 24 hours of receipt)
• Pull Starts or Inner Cogs
• Clutches or Clutch springs
• Brake Cables, Disks Callipers and pads
• Exhaust Pipes
• Tyres, Wheels, valves and Inner Tubes
• Spark Plugs

All our 2 stroke engines require the fuel to be mixed with 2 stroke engine oil. The mix ratio needs to be 25:1 Failure to mix the fuel will damage the engine.

Safety Notice

Health and Safety have determined that this type of product is intended for use by 14 years and above. However due to its size and ease of use we are aware that this Mini Moto is very attractive and popular with much younger children and we often get asked if it is suitable for children as young as 6 and under. As the ability and experience of younger children can vary greatly, the use by children under the age of 14 is therefore solely at the discretion of the parents who are in the best position to assess the capability of their child. What we would urge is that whatever the age of the rider that they wear adequate protective gear and the bike should only be used in appropriate places with adult supervision.

Terms and conditions of supply for Mini Motos, Pit Bikes and Quad Bikes All motorbike’s and quad-bikes can be dangerous if used incorrectly. Please always wear appropriate safety equipment when using bikes or similar machines. The use of any powered vehicle could involve the risk of injury or death. Please responsibly use these products. The products that we supply are technical & mechanical products, which require mechanical knowledge and the ability to use and maintain.

TERMS OF WARRANTY

DUE TO ITS SIZE AND WEIGHT THIS ITEM IS COVERED BY A REPLACEMENT PARTS WARRANTY, IF YOUR MACHINE DEVELOPS A FAULT WITHIN THE WARRANTY PERIOD OF 30 DAYS, YOU NEED TO CONTACT US AND WE WILL ADVISE HOW TO BEST RECTIFY THE PROBLEM AND DISPATCH REPLACEMENT PARTS, WITHOUT CHARGE PROVIDING THE FAULTY PARTS ARE COVERED BY THE WARRANTY.

PLEASE NOTE CUSTOMERS WILL BE EXPECTED TO FIT THE PARTS THEMSELVES, GUIDANCE WILL BE AVAILABLE ON TECHNICAL ISSUES.

THE FOLLOWING PARTS ARE NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY ON THIS ITEM.

ANY OTHER PARTS OF SIMILAR WEAR AND TEAR NATURE TO THOSE LISTED ABOVE AND ANY PART THAT HAS BEEN DAMAGED AS A RESULT OF AN ACCIDENT, MISUSE OR LACK OF MAINTENANCE.

Warning

These bikes and quads are not road legal, using these bikes on roads, footpaths or highways can result in injury and criminal proceedings. These bikes can only be used on private land with the owners permission. Please bare this in mind when purchasing.
